Smoked trout fillet, lemon and caraway Welsh cake

Organic chicken liver pate, cranberry relish

Goat’s curd, baby beetroot salad, candied walnuts

MAIN COURSES
Roast & stuffed turkey, all the trimmings with our signature gravy

Slow-braised, pasture-fed beef, horseradish mash, sprouts with smoked bacon, honey roast carrot

Pan-fried salmon, crushed potato, broccoli, wilted spinach

Chestnut and sage gnocchi, roast butternut, charred cauliflower

DESSERTS
Christmas pudding, brandy sauce

Irish coffee Bavarian cream

Baked apple, pear and raspberry cake, crème Anglais

Christmas trifle

 New Years Eve Party Plans

Through two years of great success and popular demand our plans for this year will be very similar.

For the uninitiated this means a bellini reception, five course chef’s taster menu in the restaurant, and retro disco with obligatory bad dancing to see the night out.

£68 per person, booking essential

The bar is open to all, as is the disco, no ticket price, so come and join us to welcome in the new year. (Obligatory bad dancing is still expected).
